In my 20’s & early 30’s I tried everything to feel good in my own skin. I was working a corporate life, long hours and committed to my job. I had all the exercise gadgets, dabbled with healthy recipes, body toning techniques and all the tips and tricks I could find to keep myself in shape. I didn’t really know what I was doing but I figured if I could follow the steps that I saw others took, I’d get results.
I didn’t get very far!

I started the njwl program a few months after the birth of our daughter. I was about 12 kilos heavier than where I wanted to be, but the main thing was I just wanted more energy.
